  • Key definitions
  • The impacts of workplace bullying
  • Case studies and case law
  • Examples of what is and what is not bullying
  • Risk Management (including potential causes and risk control solutions) and job design
  • Bullying prevention policies
  • Model behaviour based activities and being proactive
  • Investigation processes

Target Audience: Senior management, managers, supervisors, human resources personnel,  employees and health and safety advisors
